Choose your Group Location as “Worldwide”

If you want to change your group location as “Worldwide” or welcome members from all over the world, just choose the group location as “Worldwide”!  Group users will see your group information and join in.

Blacklist Feature Updating

To avoid mistaking operation, blacklist feature is updating.  Now a group CEO and admin cannot be added into Blacklist.  If you are the group CEO, and you want to add an admin into the Blacklist, please set this admin as common member first and then add to the Blacklist.

Messenger Group Service is recovering completely!

Dear Messenger Group users, with MG developers’ hard work, Messenger Group service is recovering completely!  Now you can visit the official website, open the right panel and use Search feature.

3. Choose “Português (Brasil)” in the scroll menu “Language”, and click “Save”.

Dear Messenger Group users,

Recently as there are telecommunication malfunctions on Messenger Group hosting, our service has been greatly affected, that some Messenger Group users cannot open the MG official website, blog, forum and the Right panel of MG sometimes.

We are repairing the malfunctions now and please give us your patience.

Windows Live Gadget and Facebook Application for Messenger Group are releasing!

Windows Live Gadget for Messenger Group enables you to add a gadget into your Spaces, Live.com or Events pages.  Besides showing the hot groups, creating and searching for groups, you can also show all your groups.

Facebook Application for Messenger Group provides more powerful functions.  When your Live ID is validated, you can see all groups updates about you friends and yourself.   This application looks nice and clean, easy to use, we recommend you to use it.

Now you can find the entrance for these two applications on “Actions” of the right panel in any groups.   Or just click the following links to use it:

Multi-language Messenger Group is just released, you can choose German as your favorite language.

If you are in Germany, default language is German when you first open the right panel.

If it is English version, please change your language as follows:

1. Open the right panel of a group;

2. Select “Setting – My Profile” to open personal information setting window;

3. Choose “German” in the scroll menu “Language”, and click “Save”.

Now what you see is German.

Recently we received many suggestions from group users.  Some said they are usually annoyed by bots or spammers when chatting in group, suggesting to add a feature to remove those people out of group.  So now blacklist feature is here!  If there are bots or spammers in your group, just remove them to blacklist, then they can not join the group again.
